Easily clean and brighten your ceilings in 2021.   Our unique ceiling cleaner formula is used for cleaning all types of textured ceilings, including blown popcorn material and drop type ceilings.

You mix equal amounts of our Spectrum Concentrate and standard 3% Hydrogen Peroxide, then add water for proper dilution.  This creates your heavy duty ceiling cleaner that is lightly sprayed on ceiling material, then allowed to work - it's that simple!  No special tools are required - use a clean spray bottle or garden type pump sprayer.

Tough stains are removed, including kitchen grease and cigarette smoke via the oxidization process of our cleaning mixture.  Ceiling material is not touched nor will it release from the drywall when used as directed in enclosed pamphlet!

Once dry, your ceiling will be Clean and Bright. Since this mixture is an oxidizer, safety glasses must be worn when spraying overhead and kept away from windows and eye glasses.

Orders include: Cleaning Tips, Mixing Guidelines, and MSDS.

Check out our new and expanded Ceiling Site - it includes additional details on cleaning your ceilings, whether they are blown textured popcorn or drop type ceilings.

Spectrum Ceiling Cleaning

Acoustical Popcorn and Textured Blown Ceilings

Spectrum ceiling cleaner mixture should be sprayed lightly on surface, making sure it is uniformly covered.  Kitchen grease - dirt - smoke are oxidized (burned up) - you do not touch ceiling surface. When dry, it leaves a clean white ceiling.  No masking of walls is required - simply wipe off solution.

Drop Type Ceilings

Test on single tile to check chemical reaction / color fastness prior to doing entire area. Ceiling cleaner should be sprayed lightly on surface, making sure it is uniformly covered.  Metal tracks should be wiped or blotted to prevent spotting.  Dirt and stains are removed, leaving a clean ceiling when dry.

Ceiling Vents - Black Residue On Ceiling

This is an extremely tough stain to remove! Spectrum is mixed with Clorox® Bleach and water (mixing ratio included) - spray on stain to pre-treat - allow mixture to work 15 - 30 minutes, then spray on the heavy duty ceiling mixture and allow it to work. Repeat above procedure if necessary.  Note:  Heavily stained areas may not come out completely.

Organic stains

Product should be mixed heavy - spray on stain - agitate with brush, if necessary - allow mixture to work 1-2 minutes, then wipe off or wash as normal.  Works on grass, coffee stains, dried blood + lots more tough organic stains.

Silk Plants

Hydrogen Peroxide cleaner should be mixed light - evenly spray onto plant surface - allow to work 30 minutes, then rinse - results in clean and bright plant when dried.
